For the U14 Boys team, the players and coaches will be wearing masks, focusing on physical spacing, sanitizing hands, and sanitizing equipment. During practices, drills will be setup with spacing between players in mind.

How is a Travel/Club team different from a Youth/Rec League team?
Travel teams are a major step in commitment and cost from Youth teams. Travel teams are part of USA Volleyball and compete in local and regional tournaments (VA, MD, DC). The season for travel teams is typically five or six months with a tournament averaging two weekends a month. Practices are two times per week.
What ‘level' of play is expected of the teams?
The level of competition will be considerably higher than Youth league. Prior playing experience certainly helps, but it’s not required.
What if our family has scheduled vacations that may conflict with practices and some weekend tournaments?
A high level of commitment is expected; however, we believe that volleyball is still just a sport. If you potential scheduling conflicts, please communicate with the coach early on for planning purposes.
What's the playing time policy?
Everyone will get a chance to play, but it's not an equal-playing time policy.
