About the U15/16 Boys Program

  • Season Fees Per Player : $1,100 
    • ($500 paid upon acceptance in October 2021, followed by three $200 monthly payments due Nov 1st 2021,  Dec 1st 2021 & Jan 1st 2022).  Payments will be processed through our website portal and link will be sent to U15/16 rostered team.
  • Practices will be held twice a week on Monday's and Wednesday's(Coach to provide specific times) at The Fitness Equation 44693 Brimfield Dr.,  Ashburn, VA 
  • Season will run November 2021 through May 2022
  • All-day mandatory certification clinic to be held Saturday, December 11th at Patrick Henry College.
  • Tournament and match schedule - TBD- intending multiple regional single-day boys' tournaments within driving distance

Head Coach Matt McFadden

Matt McFadden started his volleyball days on the sand courts of California in 1991 being trained by an AVP Pro Beach Volleyball player.  Throughout college, where there was no men’s team, he regularly played 3 hours a day of volleyball with fellow die-hard players being coached by the university’s volleyball coach.  Matt continued for the next ten years playing numerous sand and grass tournaments while training with indoor club and college teams as a middle blocker.  Matt was recruited by the locally renowned Machine Volleyball team in 2001 and served as their middle blocker for 3 years as their team won multiple league tournaments.  Matt became a dad soon after as he continued playing in various leagues.  Throughout the past 6 years, Matt has been coaching volleyball.  He coached last year’s WLVBC U14 boy’s club team along with WLVBC’s Saturday Scrimmages and skill building clinics.  Matt also serves as a head coach for Loudoun Youth Volleyball high school girls teams and Special Olympics Volleyball. 

Assistant Coach Hannah McFadden

Hannah McFadden has been playing volleyball for 7 years.  She began with local community programs and WLVBC’s Saturdays, Skills and Scrimmages (SSS) Program.  Through Loudoun Youth Volleyball, Hannah played for 3 years, serving as an Outside Hitter in Fall of 2020 as her team won the High School Junior Varsity Championships.  Hannah played 3 years with the Heritage High School Volleyball Team earning her varsity letter in Spring 2021.  For 3 seasons, Hannah played club volleyball primarily serving as an outside hitter but also as a middle blocker and right-side hitter.  She has 2 years coaching experience with Loudoun County Special Olympics Volleyball and WLVBC’s Saturday Scrimmages where she mentored younger players.
